Who Can Apply?

Admission Eligibility

Admissions are considered for students who meet the age, educational and assessment requirements of the institution.

Age Requirement

Students between 7 and 15 years of age may apply for admission. Students above 15 years are not eligible for admission.

Educational Background

Previous educational background will be considered according to the student's age, previous studies and educational level.

Admission Assessment

Every applicant may be required to undergo an admission assessment so that the appropriate educational level and class placement can be determined.

Residential Options

Students may apply for the residential Darul Iqama arrangement or as non-residential Day Scholars, subject to institutional requirements.

Educational Programme

Integrated Quranic & School Education

Hifz-ul-Quran is not a separate admission programme. Students study Hifz-ul-Quran alongside English and school education as part of the institution's integrated seven-year educational programme.

The programme is designed to combine Quranic education, Islamic learning and modern school education within a structured educational environment.

IMPORTANT FEE NOTICE

Fee Concession: Fee concessions, where applicable, are limited to the religious/Islamic education fee. No concession is applicable to the school/academic education fee.

Students and parents/guardians are required to follow the institution's rules and regulations.

Residential

Darul Iqama Students

  • Prescribed Islamic dress and personal appearance must be maintained.
  • Students must respect teachers, supervisors and responsible staff.
  • Students must follow the Darul Iqama daily schedule.
  • Permission is required before leaving the Darul Iqama.
  • Bullying, fighting, violence and harassment are prohibited.
  • Mobile phones and unauthorised electronic devices are restricted.
  • Photography, video recording and social media sharing require permission.
  • Prohibited substances and harmful items are not allowed.

Non-Residential

Day Scholars

  • Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Students must participate in academic and training activities.
  • Students must follow the prescribed daily schedule.
  • Thursday weekly gathering after Maghrib is compulsory unless permission is granted.
  • Prescribed dress and personal appearance must be maintained.
  • Bullying, violence, harassment and abusive language are prohibited.
  • Mobile phones, photography and unauthorised recording are restricted.
  • Students must respect teachers, staff and institutional property.

Parents & Guardians

Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

  • Parents must provide accurate information and emergency contacts.
  • Parents must cooperate with attendance, education and discipline requirements.
  • Health or medical information affecting the student must be disclosed.
  • Complaints must be addressed through the prescribed administrative procedure.
  • Parents must cooperate with student safety and protection procedures.
  • Unauthorised items must not be provided to students.
  • Parents must support the institution's academic and training programmes.
  • Prescribed fees and other charges must be paid within the specified time.
